Detailed introduction
A02A is a new type of emulsion developed in response to market demands. It is a pure acrylic emulsion produced using a cationic polymerization process. This emulsion features strong adhesion, excellent film-forming properties, flexible paint films, and stable storage characteristics. Through a specially optimized formulation, it strikes a balance between low glass transition temperature and high film-forming performance, endowing the coating with outstanding flexibility.
►Physical parameters
| Testing items | Detection indicators |
| Appearance | Milky white lotion with a slight blue tint |
| Viscosity (mPa·s) | ≤50 (1#60r) |
| Solid content | 40 ± 1 |
| pH | 7-9 |
| Minimum Film-Forming Temperature (MFT) | 10℃ |
| Glass transition temperature (TG) | -6℃ |
►Product Features
1. A lower glass transition temperature ensures film formation at room temperature, resulting in a uniform, dense film free of cracks.
2. The coating film has good flexibility, preventing hard and brittle fracture.
3. Excellent adhesion: The emulsion surface carries a positive charge, exhibiting strong adsorption to negatively charged substrates (such as fibers and leather).
►Product Applications
Coating of nonwoven fabrics and fiber textiles; either dip coating or spray coating methods can be used.
►Storage requirements
This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse, protected from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is 5–35°C.
This product has a shelf life of six months from the date of packaging.
